These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern your use of our website www.karimbox.shop (the "Website") and our "Karimbox" application for mobile and handheld devices (the "App"). The Website and the App are collectively referred to as the "Platform".
By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms, including our Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and other policies we publish from time to time. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the Platform.
Karimbox operates as an e-commerce platform that connects buyers and sellers. All commercial terms, including pricing, product quality, warranties, delivery, and after-sales services, are strictly between the Buyer and the Merchant. Karimbox does not take part in any contractual agreement between these parties.
We may provide support services (e.g. order tracking, payment collection, customer support), but we do not guarantee the performance or satisfaction of any product sold.
Karimbox does not own or hold stock of the products sold, nor do we control or guarantee product quality, availability, or delivery times. All risks and liabilities remain with the relevant Merchants.
To use our services, you must register an account and provide necessary personal details (e.g., name, email, mobile number). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
We urge you to protect your personal information and avoid sharing sensitive data unnecessarily. You may review or update your profile at any time.
Product descriptions, pricing, and availability shown on the Platform are provided by the Merchants.
Visuals used may be representative only and may not always match the actual product.
Estimated delivery times are indicative and subject to delays at the Merchant or courier side.
Orders will be delivered only to the address specified during checkout. Any address change may result in cancellation or additional delivery charges, at our discretion.
Karimbox reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion due to:
Product unavailability or stock issues
Delivery address being outside the service area
Payment verification failure or suspected fraud
Force majeure or technical issues
In such cases, affected customers will be notified, and any amount already paid will be refunded in full.
Customers may also request cancellation, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped. Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
Users are strictly prohibited from:
Violating any local, national, or international laws
Posting illegal, offensive, or misleading content
Impersonating others or using fake identities
Interfering with platform functionality
Attempting fraud or unauthorized access
Spamming or harassing other users
Violations may result in account suspension or legal action.
All online payments on Karimbox are processed via secure third-party gateways. Karimbox does not store your card information. By using these services, you agree to their terms and security practices.
Refunds, chargebacks, or disputes will be handled in line with our Return & Refund Policy, if justified.
Karimbox may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes implies your acceptance of the updated Terms.
