The Website and the App are jointly referred to as the Platform. Please read these terms carefully before making any purchase. By using our Platform, you accept and agree to follow these policies and terms as updated from time to time.

1. Return Policy

At Karimbox, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. However, returns may be accepted only under the following conditions:

• Product is defective, damaged, or expired upon delivery.

• Wrong product was delivered (not matching the order).

• Missing parts or accessories, if applicable.

To be eligible for a return:

• The request must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

• The product must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

• Proof of purchase and photographic/video evidence must be provided.

Please note: We reserve the right to reject returns if the item does not meet the above criteria.

2. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-14 business days, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment or issued as store credit, depending on the situation.

Refunds may not apply in the following cases:

• Product damage due to customer misuse.

• Requests made after the return period has expired.

• Items marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase.

3. Cancellation Policy

Karimbox reserves the right to cancel orders under these circumstances:

• Item is out of stock or discontinued.

• Delivery area is out of coverage.

• Incorrect or fraudulent payment details.

• Other unavoidable circumstances beyond our control.

In such cases, you will be notified, and the amount (if already paid) will be refunded in full.

Customers may request cancellation before the order is processed or shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
