This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains how refunds and cancellations are handled on the Karimbox platform, including our website www.karimbox.shop and our mobile applications (together, the “Platform”).
By using the Platform, you agree to comply with this policy. If you do not accept these terms, you are advised not to use our services.
Karimbox operates as a marketplace that connects users with third-party sellers, shops, and restaurants. All commercial terms (such as product price, taxes, shipping, delivery, warranties, and after-sales services) are strictly between the Buyer and the Merchant.
Karimbox does not own, control, or assume responsibility for the quality, fulfillment, or legal compliance of the products or services sold by merchants on the Platform. However, we may assist in payment processing, logistics coordination, and customer support.
An order may be canceled by the merchant or the platform in certain situations, including but not limited to:
Product(s) out of stock or unavailable
Delivery address outside service coverage area
Technical or operational issues
Unforeseen circumstances (e.g., bad weather, road blockage)
In such cases, you will be notified and a refund will be processed if payment was already made.
You may cancel your order before it is accepted by the merchant or before preparation/shipping begins. If the order is already being processed or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
If cancellation is allowed:
Prepaid orders will be refunded as per the refund process below.
Cash-on-delivery orders will simply be marked as canceled.
We strive to provide a smooth refund process when justified. You may be eligible for a full or partial refund if:
The item was not delivered due to a platform/merchant issue
You were charged but your order was canceled
You received the wrong, defective, expired, or damaged product
The order was undelivered due to merchant fault
Refunds are not eligible in cases such as:
Delays due to traffic, high order volume, or weather conditions
Change of delivery address after the order is placed
Rejection of order without valid reason at the time of delivery
Failure to receive the order due to user error or absence
Refunds (if approved) will be:
Credited to the original mode of payment within 5–10 working days
In case of mobile wallets or bank delays, contact your payment provider
For cash-on-delivery orders, refunds (if eligible) may be processed via wallet credit or bank transfer
Delivery time is estimated, not guaranteed.
Refusal or failure to receive the order may result in no refund.
Any changes to delivery address must be requested before dispatch and may incur extra fees.
In case you fail to provide clear instructions or authorize the delivery, we will not be liable, and the order will be considered delivered.
Payments are securely processed by approved third-party payment gateways. Karimbox does not store your card or bank information.
You are responsible for providing accurate payment details. We are not liable for unauthorized transactions made with your payment information.
If you face any issues regarding cancellations or refunds, please contact our support team within 24 hours of the incident. We will investigate and respond promptly.
